First Semester
Stick to H.C Taneja. It's more than sufficient along with papers.
Since this isn't a technical subject, won't say much. Just attend classes.
A.K.Jha is sufficient. For Optics, refer to Ajoy Ghatak or MechC notes.
You NEED to attend its classes, especially if Richa Srivastava is teaching. 70% paper comes directly from her notes.
Rent a C.L.Wadhwa. It's actually easy but they are always reluctant to give marks.
Complete notes are provided here as it often loosely taught. They are more than sufficient.
Stick to H.C Taneja. You should know this by now.
An eBook is provided here which cover almost all topics. MechC notes may come in handy as well.Don't take this subject lightly. Result is always uncertain.
A.K. Jha should be sufficient. Arthur Beiser is supplementary, but a good read for those who like Physics.
The ugliest subject. Most AC notes are provided. Decent AP notes will be available at MechC.
Refer to P.K. Nag for Thermodynamics. For Fluids, R.K. Bansal is provided here. Some decent notes of Part II are provided as well. Rent Hazra Chowdhary as well.
Any good book of C++ like K.R.Venugopal or E.Balaguruswamy (provided here) will do, along with Yashawant Kanetkar for C. Some theory notes provided here as well.
